What Makes ATBS Different?
We foster an empathetic work environment for all staff through ongoing training and communication support.
We are the first ABA organization in the Dayton area to have obtained a national accreditation. This means we offer high quality therapy to our clients, our staff report high job satisfaction, our clients report supportive services, and the company engages in ethical, transparent practices.
We provide quarterly trainings to all staff, and at least 10% of supervision from a BCBA for our RBTs.
Our company focuses on providing client centered, trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming ABA therapy to the autistic community.
Entry Level or Experienced Registered Behavior Technician

We are looking for a new or experienced BCBA who wants to join a team with the intention of bringing their knowledge and experience to the table to support our mission of trauma informed, neurodivergent affirming ABA therapy who is passionate about professional growth.
